Physique Lab
Physique Lab is coach led, group training class that combines mobility exercises, strength and conditioning, high intensity interval training (HIIT) and functional body building exercises to maximize total body fitness. The focus of Physique Lab is to sculpt your body into a strong, aesthetically appealing, and well-balanced, athletic build. PHYSIQUE LAB is intended to simulate the training style and cycle of a Physique Competitor prepping for an upcoming show.

General Class Structure
Typical Training Structure will consist of the following*
DYNAMIC WARM UP: 10 minutes. Goal is to warm up joints and muscles for the expected exercises in the strength workouts of the day while breaking a light sweat.
PHYSIQUE LAB Workout: 45-50 minutes. We will go through a 5 Station workout in groups of 3 athletes. Groups of 3 will perform the designated exercise for the 8-10 minute duration period per station, then roatate to the next station. This will be repeated for all 5 stations of the day.
OT (optional): 10 minutes. This time is designated for those members who want to get one last Burn Out before completing the workout
