The focus of FIGHT CAMP is to build and drill striking and grappling techniques, while strengthening your mind and body. Develop cardiovascular endurance, strength and potential life saving self defense skills as you build confidence, mental toughness and discipline.

General Class Structure
Typical Training Structure will vary based on discipline*
Warm Up Drills: 10 minutes. Warm up drills will vary based on the focus of the day, including but not limited to: shadow boxing, jump rope circuits, and plyometrics.
Technique Drills: 12 – 15 minutes. Introduce skill of the day. Teach and drill proper form and technique.
Combat Interval Training: 25 minutes. Application of skill of the day through live, interval training stations (Ie. Combination work, free roll and other applicable drills)
